Joyce Orlandella, has earned the designation of Enrolled Agent from the IRS. She had been a sole practitioner for 20 years when she felt the need for a business identity. In 1997 she created Total Financial Services (TFS). With her continued success, in 2000 she acquired Tri-Town Tax & Consulting in Camillus, NY and in 2005 acquired a portion of Breen Tax Service in Waterloo, NY. In 2009, she formed CNY Total Tax Inc. as the parent company for these entities, each one retaining its original company name.
